The location of this place is wonderful, being in the Santa Susanna Beach area and very close to the train station, and the premium queen room we stayed in was bright and comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice.

The staff was always helpful. The location was nice and the hotel had a playroom.

Non-separable beds and lids. The night was therefore not quite comfortable. . The wellness area was too simple and for the children only the pool was allowed. It was very bad for us.

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot with beautiful pool views and a fun beach bar a short walk away.

We had a very enjoyable 7 days overall. the room on level 5 was well decorated and large. - the wake-up service was available in our room. - the modern design was appealing, and we enjoyed the balcony, WiFi, and safe. - the service was very good. - the food was good.

I had an amazing vacation with pleasant weather and enjoyed a quiet room with great facilities in an incredible location.

We liked the presentation and comfort in the room, reasonably sized balcony and bathroom with good facilities. The cleanliness and cleaning staff were top notch. Good variety of food. Good value for money.

Peoples on the receptions - they did not care about customers requests.

The rooms were clean and neat. The entire hotel was very roomy, we never felt cramped. The food was excelent, they offerd local cruisine and plenty of family faforites, even my 13 year old picky eater ate well. Super family friendly!

The basic room rate was great for the space but everything cost extra from the parking to towls for the pool, even the internet and indoor pool use. None of the fees were extravigant but they added up quick!

The breakfast here offers a variety of food options 🍳, perfect to start your day. the location in the heart of the promenade area is amazing and convenient for exploring.

Large pool with sufficient sunbeds for all. You could use the hotel supermarket for snacks/drinks at the pool side who were very reasonable - kids loved the pizza and doughnuts

Asked for a pool view but got one of side alley - having said that it was peaceful I.E. no traffic noise

The location in a quiet area was excellent. The restaurant was incredible and the breakfast was extensive with Porridge, freshly prepared hot food and veg options.
